Explain financial information, determine insurance coverage, and educate patients on their financial options.
Work independently to analyze patient accounts and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

Furnish estimates and collect payments from patients.
Communicate insurance details and financial status to patients and internal staff.
Initiate prior authorization requests and ensure reimbursement for services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in fertility or healthcare.
Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, billing practices, and MS Office.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with flexible availability.
