New Senior Category Manager

Sourcing & Category Management:

• Research, identify, and onboard new brands and products that will excel throughout the network.
• Manage the prospective merchant pipeline in Salesforce from initial outreach to close.
• Leverage your existing network and get scrappy to identify new suppliers and manufacturers.

Performance Metrics:

• Be held to revenue, net profit, and sales activity KPIs to measure category performance.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, profit, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with internal teams (Publisher Account Management, Merchandising, Production, Operations, and Content) to launch and promote products.
• Use Salesforce, Looker, Google Analytics, and Google Suite to get deals done.
