Role Overview:

  • Responsible for revenue growth and strategic business plans with distributors.

  • Travel required up to 50% for onsite customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with distributor leadership team including CEO and Regional VPs.
  • Develop 3x3 relationship management plan with key Axalta team members.
  • Coordinate quarterly strategic review meetings with sales management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years industry experience with proven sales track record.
  • 5+ years selling/retention experience with top-tier distributors preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills including MS Office.
