Role Overview:
- Responsible for revenue growth and strategic business plans with distributors.
- Works with a high sense of urgency and demonstrates ownership and accountability.
- Travel required up to 50% for onsite customer visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with distributor leadership team including CEO and Regional VPs.
- Develop 3x3 relationship management plan with key Axalta team members.
- Coordinate quarterly strategic review meetings with sales management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years industry experience with proven sales track record.
- 5+ years selling/retention experience with top-tier distributors preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills including MS Office.
