AP Content Development & Production Management:
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of all AP curricular, assessment, and instruction publications.
- Ensure high-quality content such as Course and Exam Descriptions, frameworks, and practice exams align with strategic priorities.
- Establish rigorous production workflows and quality assurance standards.
AP Course Product Readiness & Cross-Functional Delivery:
- Direct end-to-end readiness for new and revised AP courses, including scoping, development, and launch.
- Manage cross-functional integration across Curriculum, Assessment, and Production teams.
- Drive operational processes for workflow optimization and transparent reporting.
Divisional Portfolio and Program Management:
- Lead strategic planning and governance of the AP Course Roadmap.
- Implement decision-rights frameworks, planning cadences, and accountability measures.
- Develop a unified multi-year roadmap integrating priorities across teams.
Lead and Manage the Portfolio Management Team:
- Lead a team of ~15 responsible for Content Production and Product Management.
- Set vision, track progress, and provide coaching to ensure engagement and goal achievement.
- Cultivate an inclusive, high-achieving culture aligned with the company's operating principles.
