Remote Care Coordinator - Veterinary

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch client experience while answering high volume calls from clients to address inquiries about scheduling, services, and pet care.
• Review and respond to a high volume of emails for sending and receiving medical records.
• Triage and route calls to virtual nurses or clinic team members as needed.

You Have:

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment with a proven track record.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize a significant volume of emails daily.
• Proficiency in call routing and effective communication with team members.
