About the Role:
- Frontline ambassador for Roo, delivering white-glove support to hospitals and veterinary professionals.
- Manage complex issues with empathy, clarity, and action to turn challenges into trust.
- Partner with Account Management, Success, and Product teams to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in the veterinary industry, preferably in hospital operations or clinical management.
- 3+ years in B2B account management or sales, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot.
