About the Role:
- You will facilitate positive user experiences for veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians on our innovative staffing platform.
- This role requires working during client support hours, including early mornings, early evenings, and weekend rotations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries through email, LiveChat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues, coordinating with relevant departments for escalated concerns.
- Maintain HubSpot to ensure all client communications and tickets are documented accurately.
