Patient Support Coordinator

What will you be doing:

• Handle high-volume calls (around 450/week) to guide patients through their treatment journey with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist patients with booking appointments, completing documentation, and resolving queries accurately.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with GDPR and collaborate with the clinical team for seamless care.

What do you need:

• Experience in a high-volume call centre or similar environment, handling complex queries professionally.
• Strong customer service or healthcare background demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
