About the Role:
- Support day-to-day operations of care delivery teams, ensuring clinicians and patient-facing staff have the tools and resources they need.
- Work closely with the Care Operations team across scheduling, credentialing, quality assurance, onboarding, reporting, and operational coordination.
What You'll Own:
- Execute daily operational activities, maintain clinician schedules, manage licensure and credentialing, and support onboarding and offboarding.
- Conduct routine audits, maintain data trackers, and assist with process improvements and new initiatives.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and take on new responsibilities as business needs change.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical aptitude with a genuine interest in healthcare operations.
