Role Overview:
- Assist in running day-to-day technology operations for clients, focusing on onboarding and offboarding.
- Support and implement processes for onboarding, offboarding, and tech procurement.
- Respond to IT operations support tickets via email, Slack, and ticketing system.

- We are a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider for campaigns, non-profits, and mission-aligned organizations.
- We handle all responsibilities of a traditional internal IT team, acting as an extension of client teams.
- We are in our clients' Slacks, on a first-name basis with them, and are the first stop for tech and cybersecurity issues.
