Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to engineering and product teams on new technologies.
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts including tech licensing agreements.
- Support compliance with data privacy, employment, and regulatory matters.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from accredited law school and 0-2 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
- Ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, business-oriented advice.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $58-$64 based on experience and location.
- This is a temporary contract role for 4-6 months.
