IT Staff Architect

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• The IT team sits at the intersection of security, systems, and the day-to-day experience of every Janer.
• They build and operate secure, scalable, and thoughtful internal systems so their teams can focus on helping the helpers.
• This role is essential to preparing for HITRUST certification and evolving the identity ecosystem to support a growing, distributed organization.

• Act as a multiplier across IT and Security, mentoring peers, raising architectural thinking, and influencing standards so we build high-quality, maintainable systems that scale.
• Champion thoughtful AI adoption within IT by identifying high-leverage automation opportunities, piloting tools responsibly, and helping the team work smarter while maintaining privacy and security standards.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WE NEED:

• The candidate needs significant professional experience in IT systems administration, with demonstrated experience operating at a Senior level and readiness for Staff-level scope and influence.
• They need a strong automation mindset, with hands-on experience building workflows or integrations using service management platforms, APIs, or low-code automation tools, and comfort leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
