Accountabilities:

  • Develop technical solutions and architecture diagrams for customer proposals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
  • Strong technical writing skills with experience developing SOWs, RFP responses, or technical proposals.
