About the role:

• Design lean, effective operational systems that help Sylla scale with clarity and speed.
• Identify operational friction across Company Operations and design structural solutions.
• Build, document, and implement clear processes for seamless daily execution.

• Solve operational bottlenecks by directly identifying organizational pain points and designing repeatable fixes.
• Optimize communication architectures including Slack channel structures and async cadences.
• Establish lightweight weekly reporting and operational cadences to align leadership and teams.

• Communication ecosystem strategy experience organizing tools like Slack and Notion for remote teams.
