- Help increase volume, sales turnover and margin within the Meat & Poultry category.
- Build excellent working relationships with customers by presenting the range accurately.
- Promote the Brakes chilled meat & poultry proposition.

- Proven product knowledge of the category with the ability to perform market research and competitor analysis.
