About the Role:
- Major life events often bring stressors; this role helps clients navigate childcare, elder care, education, and more.
- Deliver comprehensive referral packets and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Research and provide at least three referrals per request, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Translate documents into Spanish as needed and support process improvement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and wellness programs.
- Pay range is $16.82 - $18.27 per hour, depending on experience and location.
