HR and Social Protection Mission Officer

About the Role:

• This position is for a Mission Officer in HR and Social Protection, based in northern Portugal with remote work options.
• You will ensure high-quality case processing and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily allowances and sick leave cases, including tracking and communication with health insurers.
• Handle work accident cases, including declarations and administrative follow-up.
• Organize medical visits by scheduling appointments and managing related documents.

Qualifications:

• You are fluent in French with excellent oral and written skills.
• You are organized, rigorous, and autonomous, with strong analytical abilities.
• You are comfortable with client relations and proficient in Excel.
