People Services Advisor

Employee Support:

• Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers via HR shared mailbox.
• Resolve a broad range of HR queries across benefits, payroll, compensation, and policies.
• Triage and route inquiries to appropriate HR functions for specialist expertise.

HR Case & Request Management:

• Manage HR service requests through the case management system ensuring timely resolution.
• Track and document HR requests, maintaining clear and accurate case records.
• Ensure service level expectations are met for response and resolution.

Employee Lifecycle Administration:

• Support standardized HR processes including new hire onboarding and data changes.
• Coordinate leave and absence administration.
• Handle offboarding and exit administration.
