About the Role:
- Ensure seamless client experience for health system IT teams through launch and adoption of Enterprise workflow tools.
- Lead implementations from onboarding to configuration, conduct kickoffs, and track engagement metrics and ROI.
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Marketing to resolve client needs and drive adoption.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years client-facing healthcare experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comfort with technical implementations like SSO.
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a process improvement mindset.
