Overview:
- GitLab is an intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, trusted by over 50 million users and more than 50% of the Fortune 100.
- This role is on the Field Enablement & GTM AI team, focusing on enablement programs for AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Field Enablement Content programs, driving cross-functional enablement for product launches and release readiness.
- Build and maintain role-based enablement assets like playbooks, talk tracks, and technical labs, and design blended learning experiences.
- Measure program effectiveness through engagement data and continuously improve content governance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, or learning and development with B2B enterprise software go-to-market teams.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and AI, strong instructional design skills, and ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.
- Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment with a data-informed mindset.
