Executive Search and Talent Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end executive search engagements for technology and engineering leadership roles, owning search strategy and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and deliver high-caliber executives.
• Build external leadership pipelines through proactive talent mapping and relationship development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 8 years of work experience.
• 4+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, or HR operations experience preferred.
• Experience managing executive search processes and adhering to best operational metrics.
