Executive Recruiter

What you will do:

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of three years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Minimum of two years of executive recruiting experience supporting Vice President, Senior Director, or other executive-level roles.
