About the Role:
- Lead execution and operations for the Rx Kids cash prescription program, starting with Ohio.
- Manage program delivery, work plans, budgets, and reporting with limited supervision.
- Coordinate closely with partners like Michigan State University and local community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee application verification, fraud monitoring, and customer service to meet service level agreements.
- Build and maintain workflows, conduct data analysis, and document program knowledge.
- Hire, onboard, and manage field staff, including a Program Associate.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years in project management or problem-solving, with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and move between strategic and tactical work.
