About The Role:
- We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner with our sales team and prospective customers on how Zoo can best address their use cases.
- You will be responsible for pushing deals forward by overcoming technical objections and positioning Zoo solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers to guarantee success of their use cases built on Zoo's APIs.
- Develop deep product understanding and build interactive demonstrations to educate potential customers.
- Partner with sales to close new enterprise customers and guide proof-of-concept projects.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing engineering roles supporting technical sales.
- Ability to understand customer workflows and translate insights into technical solutions.
