Accountabilities:
- Support the continuous development and refinement of credit models and underwriting policies.
- Analyze credit performance, risk trends, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner on new product experiments, evaluating credit implications and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in credit risk, data analytics, or quantitative role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate technical findings.
