Responsibilities:

  • Obtain required clinical documentation from network providers and conduct follow-up outreach to resolve missing or incomplete records.
  • Review chart notes for clarity, completeness, and compliance before associating with patient records.
  • Upload, index, label, and maintain clinical documentation using approved healthcare systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and 6+ months of healthcare administrative experience.
  • Strong customer service, telephone communication, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Teams, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position with residence requirement within 50 miles of Colorado Springs, CO or Tampa, FL.
  • Full-time schedule Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay range of $20.68–$22.98 plus up to $5.09 per hour in Health & Welfare benefits.
  • Eligible for comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
