About the Role:
- Fleetio is seeking a high-impact Sales Development Manager to lead, coach, and scale a team of outbound SDRs.
- You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and improving full-funnel progression.

What You’ll Do:
- You'll lead and scale a team of 8–10 outbound SDRs, driving consistent pipeline generation.
- You'll coach SDRs on prospecting fundamentals, messaging, and objection handling.
- You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience scaling teams of 8–10 outbound SDRs.
- You possess a deep understanding of outbound selling fundamentals.
- You have exceptional ability to coach outbound prospecting.
