About the Role:

  • Fleetio is seeking a high-impact Sales Development Manager to lead, coach, and scale a team of outbound SDRs.
  • You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and improving full-funnel progression.

What You’ll Do:

  • You'll lead and scale a team of 8–10 outbound SDRs, driving consistent pipeline generation.
  • You'll coach SDRs on prospecting fundamentals, messaging, and objection handling.
  • You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience scaling teams of 8–10 outbound SDRs.
  • You possess a deep understanding of outbound selling fundamentals.
  • You have exceptional ability to coach outbound prospecting.
