What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet and exceed pipeline and meeting targets.
- Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on coaching through call reviews, deal and account strategy sessions, and ongoing skill development.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Gen to build alignment across the pipeline generation process.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a Sales Development or similar pipeline generation team in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing SDRs, with a track record of internal promotion and growth.
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales motions, pipeline metrics, and forecasting.
