CUSTOMER SUPPORT & CASE MANAGEMENT:

  • Respond to clinic inquiries via phone, email, and chat for troubleshooting and updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Ops and Billing to resolve escalations effectively.

ORDER & WORKFLOW SUPPORT:

  • Assist with product selection, substitutions, and order processing guidance for clinics.
