CUSTOMER SUPPORT & CASE MANAGEMENT:
- Respond to clinic inquiries via phone, email, and chat for troubleshooting and updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Ops and Billing to resolve escalations effectively.
ORDER & WORKFLOW SUPPORT:
- Assist with product selection, substitutions, and order processing guidance for clinics.
- Identify and proactively flag at-risk orders or workflow delays to ensure smooth operations.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & PATIENT ADVOCACY:
- Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems and contribute to SOP updates.
- Act as a voice for clinics and patients internally, with empathy in time-sensitive situations.
