About the Role:
- Twilio seeks a Director, Supplier Relations APAC to execute supply strategy and lead regional vendor partnerships.
- The role translates connectivity strategy into operational execution, optimizing COGS and route quality.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and mentor a team of supplier relations specialists across APAC.
- Lead commercial negotiations with carriers, aggregators, and OTT suppliers.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align capacity with demand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years in telecommunications or CPaaS with 3 years in leadership.
- Deep understanding of APAC telecom ecosystems and strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and an additional APAC language is desired.
