What You'll Do:
- Own and maintain the GTM tech stack, with HubSpot as the core CRM, plus enrichment providers, outbound tools, and internal integrations.
- Build and manage automated workflows using n8n, native integrations, and APIs to connect systems and eliminate manual processes.
- Design and maintain outbound email infrastructure — domain management, deliverability monitoring, rotation strategies, and DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong technical proficiency — comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and debugging complex integration issues.
- Deep knowledge of email deliverability, including domain health management, bounce rate optimization, and sender reputation.
