Operations Associate

Distribution:

• Output clients' copy in a timely fashion ensuring accurate distribution to the correct circuit at the specified time.
• Upload information to PR Newswire website with correct media assets, industry, subject, and geography coding.

Editorial:

• Proofread and format press releases written by clients, ensuring strong grasp of syntax, punctuation, and English language.
• Ensure accuracy, attribution, and acceptability of clients' copy, including regulatory headlines and content.

Client Relations:

• Promote a client-focused culture by building and maintaining excellent business relationships.
• Understand clients' needs and provide editorial advice to maximize press release pick-up.
• Accurately record interactions and update account information for management reports.

Quality and Administration:

• Prioritize, distribute, and fulfill jobs correctly using support tools and systems.
• Log all jobs and related correspondence in the workflow management system to meet quality standards and timelines.
