Job Duties:

Consult with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
Develop creative sourcing strategies and execute all phases of the hiring process.
Use data to tell stories, influence decisions, and implement recruiting improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP, Talent Management, or ATS preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service orientation.
