Role Overview:
- Define and own the enterprise service offering design framework, taxonomy, and schema.
- Lead the design of strategic, complex, and transformational service offerings aligned to portfolio strategy.
- Drive innovation in service design, including AI-enabled services and outcome-based models.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with Finance and business leaders on pricing standards and monetization approaches.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to align service designs with market demand.
- Mentor and develop Service Portfolio Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in service portfolio management, service design, or product management.
- Deep expertise in pricing, packaging, and customer value frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and executive influence skills.
