Responsibilities:
- Learn and be a leading example of the ProDriven Brands ‘We Are One’ company values.
- Maintain a pipeline focused on meeting or exceeding regional sales objectives.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align strategy.
Management:
- Lead the regional EUS team, aligning strategy.
- Evaluate and develop teammates.
- Lead the monthly huddle for the EUS team focusing on targets and KPI.
Competition:
- Conduct continual SWOT analysis within the region.
- Develop a competitive strategy with the team.
- Share the ‘Voice of the User’ with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
