About the Role:
- One person leads onboarding, training, and support for ~45 churches; this role takes ownership.
- You'll grow into a thought partner building the customer success function.
What You'll Do:
- Lead onboarding execution and coordinate technical setup.
- Run monthly check-ins for assigned churches.
- Translate between customers and engineering, document processes.
