As a Customer Success Associate, you'll get new customer sites into the energy market and ready to perform so they start earning.
You'll own onboarding project management from signed contract to a live site, coordinating across Sales, Field Engineering, Market Operations, and Dispatch Operations.

What You'll Do:

Run onboarding projects end to end and keep every site's status current and visible.
Work day to day with site contacts and operations leads on curtailment plans, documentation, and installation.
Support customers through dispatch events and follow up when a site underperforms.

Who You Are:

You have 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, onboarding, or project management.
You're persistent and diplomatic, able to move cross-functional teams without authority.
You're excited about the energy transition and improving processes.
