Who You Are:

3+ years of technical customer-facing experience in high-tech or fintech, with proficiency in REST APIs, SFTP, SQL, and Datadog.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working unsupervised against aggressive schedules.

Nice-To-Haves:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area.
Strong understanding of fintech, especially on the issuing side.
Experience in the B2B technology space with a knack for understanding business drivers.
