POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Provide essential support for member engagement and outreach.
- Manage member relationships, communications, and records.
- Coordinate outreach to prospective members and support onboarding.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support member relationships, including onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate member communications and track engagement.
- Assist in planning events, webinars, and developing member-facing materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required; prefer business, agriculture, or sustainability.
- Minimum two years relevant experience with strong project management skills.
- Proficient in CRM (Hubspot preferred) and MS Office; comfortable in remote environment.
