Role Outcome:
- Own the customer experience of our Network and collaborate with Network Operations to resolve incidents.
- Deliver high-quality technical support as a liaison between Engineering, Network Operations, and customers.
- Build the foundation for a scalable operations support function with defined metrics and automation.
Immediate Areas of Focus:
- Identify emerging issues and work with engineering and manufacturing teams for resolution.
- Manage high-impact support cases and ensure clear, confident communication during incidents.
- Develop tools and dashboards to allow targeted resolution of customer questions.
Qualifications:
- Must speak fluent Mandarin.
- Strong technical background in GPS/GNSS, precise localization, or related domains.
- Experience operating or supporting distributed infrastructure and conducting incident response.
