Role Outcome:

  • Own the customer experience of our Network and collaborate with Network Operations to resolve incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Must speak fluent Mandarin.
  • Strong technical background in GPS/GNSS, precise localization, or related domains.
  • Experience operating or supporting distributed infrastructure and conducting incident response.
