Who will you be working with?:
- Report to the CVP of Continuous Improvement and matrix into the Rail Power VP of Operations.
- Work with operations teams and local lean leaders to develop lean capabilities.
How will you make a difference?:
- Lead Value Stream Coaches and partner with operations to improve speed, delivery, quality, and productivity.
- Evolve the Wabtec Management System and company lean standards.
What will your typical day look like?:
- Be a business partner to operations leadership and drive lean strategy and global metrics.
- Coach executives, support kaizen workouts, and sustain standard operating procedures.
