Job Description

As an SMB1 Account Executive, you will be responsible for helping small businesses (1-20 employees) across the U.S. and Canada to leverage Deel's global hiring solutions. Your responsibilities includes identifying and connecting with new clients, building trusted relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that simplify international talent hiring and payment processes while ensuring compliance. This role is suited for someone with experience as both an SDR/BDR and an AE in SaaS. You will combine strong prospecting skills with full-cycle ownership. Partnering closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will grow Deel’s presence in the North American SMB market, turning initial conversations into enduring partnerships. You will represent Deel with authenticity and enthusiasm, communicate Deel's value proposition clearly, own the full sales cycle, research and qualify new business opportunities, and sell the suite of global HR and payroll solutions.
