Responsibilities:
- Answer all inbound calls with customer service.
- Assist with appointment scheduling.
- Triage calls and escalate emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- 1-2 years of Call Center experience required.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
Additional Information:
- This is a fully remote position.
- Must be able to travel to Bronx clinic for 30 day training.
- Must live in the tri-state area.
