Strategic Vision:

  • Set the strategic vision for TLDR’s key accounts function.
  • Analyze market trends and whitespace to inform long-term revenue strategy.
  • Develop frameworks and playbooks for complex multi-newsletter partnerships.

Process Improvement:

  • Build repeatable processes for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Standardize and document sales processes for efficiency.
  • Improve communication and cross-functional alignment within the revenue organization.
