- You own ops after account issues: fraud, disputes, identity, AML, money movement, collections.
- You standardize and outsource manual work to lower cost while protecting customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own performance across five domains: volumes, service levels, quality, losses.
- Build collections end-to-end, manage vendor transitions, set thresholds.
You:
- 10+ years in financial services ops, 5+ leading managers in regulated environments.
- Deep expertise in card disputes, fraud, identity, AML, or collections.
