Accountabilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications and motivation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to international hiring and the European market.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple recruitment assignments independently.
