Role Overview:
- Spearhead client implementation and oversee account management for new and existing partners.
- Deliver QBRs that drive continued partner growth and influence key stakeholders.
- This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on data storytelling and relationship-building.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end implementation, account management, and customer success for partner accounts.
- Drive marketing and awareness of Oshi Health within named accounts.
- Pull and analyze performance data to highlight success stories and communicate performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience with proven progression in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building narratives through data storytelling.
- Exceptional cross-functional coordination and clear communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 plus meaningful equity.
