What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and ensure product adoption.
- Be the trusted partner for clients on use-case and product functionality.
- Create client deliverables suitable for a diverse set of constituents from executives to end users.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Client Success, Relationship Management, or similar role.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Deep understanding of Client Success concepts and execution strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range $80,000-$90,000 annually plus bonuses and equity.
