About the Role:
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise clients at scale
- Serve as strategic advisor to client stakeholders including HR and medical directors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering

- Anticipate and resolve client issues with urgency and care
- Contribute to playbooks and best practices as the function scales
