What You'll Do:

- Discover and influence client success metrics to ensure they achieve measurable ROI.
- Lead high-stakes Executive Business Reviews and coordinate internal teams for value delivery.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience managing Fortune 1000 accounts in SaaS or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of driving account retention, health, and revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
